CAN I CHANGE THE PURCHASED ITEM?
We recommend you contact the Customer Service Department at sammyandleostore@gmail.com no later than 24 hours after your purchase. We will advise you on the process and the conditions in which the change or refund may apply.

I MADE A MISTAKE ENTERING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

In most instances yes, but there is a short time frame to make adjustments. You can email us at supportsammyandleo@zofkia.com within 24 hours of submitting the order to make adjustments to the delivery address. Please check your order carefully before submitting to avoid this situation. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order confirmation email is received, you will be assigned a tracking number. With it you can access the following link: to track the status of your shipment in real time.

I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, BUT IT SEEMS I HAVE DIFFERENT TRACKING CODES?

Yes. Depending on the product you have ordered, it might be dispatched from various warehouses. This means these items might be packaged separately and arrive at different times. Don't worry, you can track each of these packages easily as per above.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
Currently the delivery times are from 2 to 4 weeks, this time begins after you have received your confirmation of dispatched.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
All shipments at Sammy and Leo are completely free.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS APPROVED?

Once the payment is confirmed you will get a confirmation email. We advise you to check your junk mail tray. Once confirmed the order you will receive the tracking number.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once the payment is done, but you can request the change within the first 24 hours of having made your purchase.

THEY CONFIRM THAT MY PAYMENT WAS REJECTED. HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY REFUND?
